Source:mint
OMG Moving starring The superstar Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal is back with its sequel OMG 2 starring Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tiwar and Yami Gautam. While the first part is remembered for generating a lot of controversy for hurting the sentiments of Hindu religion, 2nd part is seen to revive the image of the movie with its strong subject that emphasizes the need for education about topics like sex, masturbation, etc.
The story is about a father Kanti played by Pankaj Tripathi, who fights for his son to get justice as he gets rusticated out of school for masturbating. In a world where masturbation is considered a sin, Kanti’s son and his family are looked down upon by society.
The father’s role is played by Pankaj Tripathi, one of the best actors in Bollywood. His portrayal of a father in distress against the world is admirable in his acting. There is also a message given in the movie to have faith in god no matter what.
Through the role of Lord Shiva’s messenger played by Akshay Kumar, we see how god wants the topics that people are shy to talk about to come out in the open like sex, masturbation, etc. It’s written in Hindu holy books about these topics also, and talking about all this will result in betterment of the society.

Personal Verdict
I think the movie brings about a much-needed message in light that the topics like sex, and masturbation are not something to be shy about but rather to be to talk about openly.
This will make the children understand what is right and wrong, good touch and bad touch, and heinous crimes such as rape. At the same time, making elders more aware of how important these subjects such as sex education are. So the movie has done a brilliant job of giving that message to the audience. OMG 2 is a thought-provoking and important film that is sure to spark debate and discussion.
