Many decades ago, an ancient civilization once ruled Earth, these civilisation was known for their advanced technology but were destroyed in the end by its misuse.                                                                                                                                           

Even now, the remnants of this long-gone civilization are scattered over the globe. The armies of powerful nations struggle in an effort to find and study these artefacts, which have an unfathomable "power," while high-speed communications networks span the world and satellites' penetrating eyes can reveal all secrets.

With the help of their highly skilled secret agents known as Spriggans, the ARCAM Company and their military branch, the ARCAM Private Army, can prevent these forces from destroying themselves. 

The story continues in the modern world where ARCAM sends Rei, a genius professor, to Japan to decipher ancient inscriptions, not knowing the fact of being kidnapped after landing at the airport, and being saved by a boy who is an agent of ARCAM.

 

The boy named “Yu Ominae” guarantee her safety and tell her everything about the ancient items and tells her a message carved into a plate which states “Protect our relics from evil-doers.” Taking this message to heart, one organization aims to seal away this ancient civilization for good. The elite secret agents of this organization are known as... Spriggans." 

 

Professor Rei wants to complete her research as soon as possible but was attacked by the Russian  government army. The professor was taken after being saved by the spriggan as she know the instruction regarding the ancient item which has a great amount of power.

 

The commander got his hands on the ancient items which has the power to control lava. Hence, the title given is “Flame Serpent”. The spriggan shows himself and was able to take back the ancient item and was able to defeat the bad guys.

 

ARCAM facilities found a new ancient tablet: "Noah bestows grace upon all the living things. Noah bring destruction to all the living beings”.

 

We can state that the plate states two of the alternative, .i.e. grace or destruction.

 

ARCAM states that the tablet is related to the Noah Ark. Noah Ark is a mysterious wooden boat found in the snow Turkish mountains.

 

Not knowing further details “Yu Ominae” went to the investigation spot, but was suddenly attacked by the American government, who sent the elite troops to take down the spriggan “Yu Ominae”.

 

The immense battle took over all over the area making the ground colour turn red. The spring “Yu Ominae” got almost killed by the troops, but was reduced by his fellow teammate  “Jean Jacquemondae”  who is also a spriggan.

 

Both the spriggan helped each other and was able to defeat the troops. ‘Jean’ states that’ Yu’ got much softer and let his guard often down. Both Yu and Jean go to the place where Noah's Ark is placed.

 

Soon a young boy named “Mac Dougal” came to the snowy Turkish mountain were Noah's Ark is placed and was known as ‘ the child with the power of the devil’. Claims that all the spriggan will die on this mountain.

 

Mac Dougal was the only one who was able to go inside the Noah Ark with the assistance of the two professors. Mac Dougal is a cybernetically enhanced child who holds the key.

Inside Noah's Ark, they saw an ancient Hebrew writing that states ‘ I am god heaven above, you who have to awaken me the cincture of the earth, shall then bend to your every will, and thus should evil break loose upon the earth, take the grace of heaven and make the Devil’s fire’

 

Mac Dougal states that Noah's device can be used to grace the earth . i.e. problems like deforestation, environmental destruction, global warming etc. can be solved in an instant but he will use this power to destruct the earth and form a new world.

 

“If the above problem gets resolved but what does humanity do is repeat all the same mistakes. Hence a new world shall be created” stated Mac Dougal. Spriggan shows itself and was able to stop Mac Dougal to do something evil.

 

There are more ancient items that are not discovered yet and hence the adventure continues.

 

My Personal Verdict

 

If you love archaeology this series is for you as you can see how ancient items finding are done and what danger a archaeologist has to face. This series has 3D animation in it so the ancient items are seen to be real.
