If you’ve read the book and are here for a general love of this book, you would probably know how difficult it is to pen down it as a review. As a reader, when you’re reading this book it is so difficult to even mentally count the number of emotions that you are feeling. It just won't be possible.


Let me answer some questions for you before we even begin,Will the novel make me feel loved? Yes. Will it make me sad? Most probably yes. Will I want to read it again? Definitely a  minimum of 5 times. 


Yes, that's what a book can do for you. The story is about Lily Bloom, a young girl who lived with her parents or well, her father was an abusive husband to her mother. 


As a young girl, we see her kindness when she helps out a homeless boy Atlas and the two fall in love. But like every love story, things never seem to go easy and people have to interfere, only in this case what happens to both Lily and Atlas truly breaks our hearts.


Now, Lily has built a life without Atlas and meets Ryle who is a neurosurgeon. Never did she imagine that all the anger she felt towards her mother for not taking a stand against the abuse would one day be directed to herself when she too becomes a victim of abuse by her husband, Ryle.


During that time, Atlas reappears in her life and makes her question everything that she had built without him. It might be true to say that your first love holds a special place in your heart and when the love is too strong, it almost hurts. 


Well, Lily does get over Ryle and we truly feel terrible for what she had to go through but the novel stands as a strong response against abuse.


Well, when you’re reading the novel, we can assure you that your favourite part of this book for you will definitely be the letters Lily wrote to Ellen. Yes, Ellen from the show, is surprising yet exciting isn't it? Well, these letters do not even suffice for these words. There is so much love,affection and adoration in these letters that one would only dream to have a love like theirs.


Keep swimming,keep swimming, thats what Atlas and Lily feel life is about, it is bout going on till you reach where you are meant to be. The novel shows how two young lovers fall in love, grow into better individuals, and face their own struggles apart, yet the universe brings them back together again.


Book Review: Lastly, if you’re into books and haven't read something epic in a long while,go ahead for this book and you’d have no regrets. Read it with all your heart because every reader after completing this book only felt if they could erase all they know and read it again because as said before, it is EPIC.
