Healthy lifestyle habits: We are living in 2022 and the probability of us getting a heart attack is higher than us getting a medal in 100 meters Sprint, that is all because of our diet of ours nowadays.
Food Vloggers are trending these days by showcasing the roadside food stalls making the unhealthiest food ever made with “Amul Butter” and “cheese” for the “taste”. The sedentary lifestyle of many of us has changed our physique. And then getting into the exercises no matter by weight training or by cardio to get into shape again.
This whole goes in a cycle. I have lost 30 Kgs of fat from the last year and I have experienced a variety of diet programs since then, some of them really impacted my body but some didn’t, here are the 5 tips from my side for you for your fat loss diet,
Have your meals Recurringly
Eat less but repeatedly after a short period, During Fat loss, one should have to create a Caloric Deficit which means consuming fewer calories than the maintenance calories that our human body needs, The maintenance calories of every human being can be different, it may vary from 1500-3000 calories and even less than or more than that.
One should consume these calories recurringly so that it helps them to stay away from the cravings and not only that it also helps you have energy every time throughout your day. Recurringly doesn’t mean eating meal after meal, it actually means having your next meal after a gap of 2 hours to 3 hours.
Try to eat raw foods
One should definitely try to eat raw fruits and vegetables during the fat loss phase as it not only helps to provide the essential nutrients and minerals. Raw foods are low in calories, fat, and sodium and high in fibre and most of the raw foods are naturally Gluten-Free as well. Raw food not only contains Fruits and Vegas but also sprouted Gains, Nuts, and seeds as well. This is quite helpful for vegans and vegetarians.
Try to avoid supplements
L-Carnitine, L-Arginine, Fish-Oil, Fat-Burners, Whey Protein, Creatine, and many other supplements claim that they help in the fat-loss not only but also In building muscle during the cut, but the question arises do they really help? and the answer is not satisfying as it neither really denies nor really accept the fact.
For Fat loss, some study claims that supps like L-Carnitine helps to burn more calories by warming up the stored cells, creating more caloric loss but another study denies the fact as they state that the loss created by the supplement is very low and merely create an impact on the large scale.
In the end, it is all just marketing gimmicks, brand try to sell you a product that may doesn’t really affect you, and instead to spend money on these over-hyped supplements it is better to save that money.
Get a full 8 Hours of Sleep
Sleeping is necessary for our human body to recover, many of us do train our muscles and do weight training, not only that, cardio no matter slow or fast affects the body and gets rid of the wear and tear of the cells during the exercise, the body must get good nutrition and sleep for the recovery, no matter how good and refined supplement you consume for the recovery of the muscles, it cannot overcome to the sleep.
Cardiovascular Exercises + Weight Training = A Good looking Physique
Fat loss is not just about cardiovascular exercise, cardio just helps to build cardiovascular muscles but doesn’t enhance the strength of the human body, it is necessary to hit the weights to strengthen the muscles.
Cardio does help In some cases but it is recommended to do weight training as well, weight training not just helps the body to increase strength but also helps in defining the shape of the body as well as helps in burning out some more calories.
