Mussoorie
Mussoorie, also referred to as the Queen of the Hills, is a beautiful location where you may escape the bustle of the city and find peace and tranquility. Here, between October and February, one can witness the rare natural phenomenon known as Winterline, a false horizon that forms at dusk and is only visible from specific mountainous regions of the world. It is characterised by lush green hills, flora, and fauna. If you even have the slightest bit of adventurous spirit, you must do the four-day Har Ki Dun journey, which begins in Mussoorie.
Drive or take a bus from Netwar to Purola on the first day, then continue by road to Sankri and hike to Taluka on the second day. On the third day, take a hike alongside the Tons River to Osla, then on the final day, travel to Har Ki Dun, a fantastic trekking base. The Childer's Lodge above Landour, with a walkout to the Tchenchen Choling monastery and its gardens, is another must-see attraction.
Tip: If you plan to trek, arrive earlier to adapt to the altitude at the trek's starting point.
