Overnight Oats


Once you try this recipe, you’ll change the way you think about oats. Oats are a great source of protein and has enough nutritional value to keep you full for long. All you need to do is take half a cup of oats and mix it in a ¾ th cup of milk. Add 1 whole teaspoon of chia seeds to give it a texture of something like a pudding and refrigerate it overnight.

Next morning,mix some peanut or almond butter as you like. Drop in your sweetener of choice, you can also add cinnamon powder or honey. Chop and add some of your favourite fruits like apples, strawberries, bananas or blueberries and Voila! You just saved your time by not skipping breakfast and actually nourishing your body with a heavenly breakfast.

Banana and Peanut Butter smoothie


Smoothies will be your go-to if you give this a shot. Take a cup of milk. Be it almond milk, oat milk, dairy milk or even coconut milk. To make it more healthy you can go for unsweetened milk. Add in a banana and some peanut butter. You can also add some protein powder because there is nothing better than starting your day with a good glass of protein.

Add in some seeds like flax seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Chop some almonds and walnuts with a drizzle of honey and wait till they are all grinded. Sprinkle some chocolate chips and relish the drink.

 Avocado and cucumber toast



Don't we all love some bread in the morning? Well, there is a very simple way to make it nutritiously dense as well. Toast some bread in one teaspoon of olive oil. Make sure it's crispy from both the sides. 

Rub some garlic on one side and add a few slices of cucumbers and tomatoes over it. Add your avocado and garnish it with some basil leaves and honey. You can also sun-fry an egg and add on the top.

Basil Pesto Salad


This recipe is the one that can make you fall in love with the idea of a good salad. Take some walnuts and dry roast them. Take a grider and add in your walnuts, some fresh basil salt and curd. 

You can also add cilantro if you like. Grind them and this is your pesto sauce. Boil a protein-based pasta like chickpea pasta or red-lentil pasta. Chop in some veggies and add some olive oil. Garnish it with coriander and squeeze in half a lemon. Enjoy!
